Senior Editor

The Senior Editor role is for a full-time role based in our Stoneham, MA office, and is responsible for leading the Post team. We’re looking for a creative storyteller and collaborator with the ability to manage an edit from start to finish. Experience with motion graphics, audio mixing/mastering, and color grading is required.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage post-production for short and long-form content.
  • Create content for various genres (documentaries, trailers, and ads).
  • Ability to edit, color grade, create graphics/effects, and audio mix.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and integrate systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of agency or in-house experience in a post-production role.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite and DaVinci.
  • Expert editing capabilities that show creativity, an eye for design, and detail.
  • Knowledge of brand and advertising industries.
  • Great understanding of IT and computers.

The Producer role is a full-time position based in our Stoneham, MA office (Hybrid). We’re looking for an organized strategist that sees challenges as opportunities. A producer that wants to learn the ropes of an integrated role while acting as a line producer on-set. And if you write copy, you’ll be writing copy.

– Produce various projects across all phases of production.

– Have a passion for project management, communication, and execution.

– Be a strategist, have ideas, and stay on top of trends.

– Help with development in all phases of video, design, still, and social work.

Requirements

– 2-4+ years of agency or brand experience.

Responsibilities
